The earlier plan involved targeted reconstruction near metro infrastructure and localized repairs elsewhere, but officials have opted for comprehensive resurfacing to address long-standing complaints about road conditions. The change is expected to reduce travel time and vehicle wear for commuters across the corridor, which connects major tech hubs in the city.

Work is set to begin in phases, with traffic diversions likely during overnight hours to minimize disruption. The city's public works department will review progress weekly and adjust schedules accordingly, with completion targeted within the next three months.
