Ex-JPMorgan Banker Files Updated Allegations Against Executive Lorna Hajdini With New Witness Statements
Chirayu Rana, an Indian-origin former JPMorgan vice president, has filed amended court documents in New York alleging sexual misconduct by senior executive Lorna Hajdini, including new witness testimony supporting claims of coercion and non-consensual sexual encounters in 2024. The filing includes statements from an anonymous individual who said he was woken by Hajdini, who was naked and invited him to join a sexual act involving Rana, and who reported hearing Rana repeatedly say, 'No, no, no, you have to leave. I’m not going to do this. Please stop.'
According to the filing, the witness said Hajdini told him, 'you know I own [redacted], so you better come join,' during the September 2024 incident at a New York City apartment. Additional witnesses claim to have seen Hajdini in intimate contact with Rana, including kissing his neck on a public street and making the statement, 'I own you, Brownie,' in mid-2024. One witness also said he saw Hajdini behaving inappropriately with Rana at a Kygo concert at Barclays Center.
Rana, who joined JPMorgan in 2024 and left in 2025, filed an internal complaint against Hajdini that year, which JPMorgan said was investigated with no evidence found. The bank stated Rana never reported to Hajdini directly and called the lawsuit entirely fabricated. Rana later joined Bregal Sagemount, where he worked until April 2, 2026, before filing the lawsuit under the pseudonym John Doe. The case was briefly withdrawn and refiled with additional testimony.
The court is expected to review the new filings in the coming weeks. Legal representatives for Hajdini have not yet issued a public response.
