India Stands Strong Against Terrorism: Defence Minister Spells Out the Truth
Rajnath Singh, the Defence Minister of India, has spoken out against terrorism in a powerful speech. He called Pakistan the epicentre of international terrorism and said that India will not make a distinction between terrorism and its sponsors. Singh was speaking at the ANI National Security Summit 2.0.
Singh revealed that India halted Operation Sindoor, a military operation against Pakistan-sponsored terrorism, voluntarily. He said that India is fully prepared for a long war if necessary and has the surge capacity to expand its capabilities in times of need. He also stated that India's military power is now a joint, integrated, and global force, working together seamlessly.
Operation Sindoor was launched last year to avenge the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack. During the operation, India successfully destroyed nine major terror launchpads in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK). Singh said that the operation was an example of the jointness of India's armed forces.
Singh made it clear that India will not fall for Pakistan's nuclear bluff. He praised the Narendra Modi-led government for standing strong against Pakistan's threats. Singh also said that the true address of terrorism is its ideological and political roots, and it's essential to dry up this root to defeat terrorism.
Singh's message is clear: India will not be intimidated by terrorism, and we will take a strong stance against those who sponsor it. The Defence Minister's words are a testament to India's commitment to national security and its determination to protect its citizens.
